RETURN & REFUND POLICY
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, preferably in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when you receive it. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at hello.thebusybrain@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
RETURN SHIPPING
For returns due to a change of mind or other reasons not caused by an error on our part, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can provide the appropriate instructions.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please contact us regarding a return and place a new order after your return has been approved.
